Trenisha
Owner, Event Curator
Trenisha is a Certified Party Planner who has had a love for crafting since she was a little girl. Growing up, she loved to decorate her room with things she created from scratch. Almost every week, she would redecorate her room to match how she was feeling. She was so big on birthdays and celebrations which is why she embarked on the journey of becoming a party planner.
When she found out she was pregnant with her oldest daughter, she was super excited and couldn’t wait to have even more reasons to celebrate. She planned and decorated all three of her baby showers and every single birthday her children has had.
Trenisha is a true perfectionist and really big on customer service. She is always looking for ways to grow and learn new things. “I will never get too comfortable. If I’m too comfortable, I’m not growing. My strength comes from God. He is my everything. My faith is so strong because He has never failed me. My wonderful husband, our 3 beautiful kids and this beautiful life we have built together is the evidence of God’s favor over me.”
J5 Events was formally know as Jones, Party of 4. “My business name originally came from us being a party of 4, me, my husband and our 2 girls. Then, we had our first son and final baby in 2022. Everyone was expecting us to change the name to Jones, Party of 5 but I wanted to be different. JPO4 was the start up; J5 is the take over!”
When Trenisha isn’t working on parties, she loves spending time with her family, shopping and relaxing.
